Not only will the villas be built with the latest technologies in terms of energy saving, but also in accordance with the principles of the 'passive house', i.e. houses with almost zero energy consumption from fossil fuels, in order to achieve energy independence from traditional energies. We will use technological solutions that move in this direction.
HEATING THE POOL SUSTAINABLY
You choose the temperature, your pool will take care of everything.
Thanks to the installation of solar collectors, hot water heated by the sun will flow into the pool to reach the desired temperature. Only if the solar collectors do not reach the temperature due to cloudy days will the energy-efficient heat pump automatically start up.
PHOTOVOLTAIC SYSTEM AND STORAGE
A photovoltaic system with storage makes it possible to store part of the self-produced electrical energy not used immediately when it is produced. The storage of electrical energy within the storage batteries therefore allows you to use this energy later on, when the user wishes. This means that, thanks to the storage system connected to the solar panels, it will be possible to consume self-produced electricity even when the sun is not shining, i.e. in the evening, at night, or on bad weather days with rain or cloudy skies. Such benefits will increase considering the 4800 hours of sunshine in the south of Gran Canaria .
